AMATEUR | Augusta National Women's Amateur

Playing a  Pro V1 golf ball, TSR3 driver, T150 irons  and  NEW Vokey SM10 wedges, the winner of the Augusta National Women’s Amateur closed out her historic one-shot victory with an extraordinary birdie-birdie finish Saturday at Augusta National.

The ANWA champ stepped to the 14th tee needing to play her final five holes in 2 under to match the clubhouse leader – who had just set the ANWA final-round scoring record, making six birdies with her Pro V1x for a bogey-free 6-under 66. Instead, she played them in 3 under. The world's 4th-ranked amateur got up-and-down for par on 14, then birdied Nos. 15, 16 and 18 to secure her place in history.

On 18, the champion split the fairway with her  TSR3 9.0 driver, leaving herself 130 yards uphill to the pin. From there, it was a  T150 9-iron, which she hit to 15 feet above the hole to set up the winning moment.

TITLEIST IS #1 BALL AT ANWA; 1-2-3 FINISH FOR TITLEIST GOLF BALL PLAYERS

Ten of the top 12 players heading into the final round of the Augusta National Women’s Amateur teed up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball, including the eventual champion who made three clutch birdies over the final four holes with her Pro V1.

The ANWA champ also led a 1-2-3 finish for Titleist golf ball players. They were the only three players to break 70 Saturday at Augusta National.

In total, 48 competitors teed up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball at ANWA, four times the nearest competitor (12).

TITLEIST EQUIPMENT IS TOP CHOICE OF ANWA COMPETITORS

Among those competing for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur title, more players used Titleist drivers (22/31%), fairway metals (36/30%), hybrids (22/29%), utilities (12/71%), iron sets (24/33%) and wedges (75/35%) than any other brand.

The ANWA champion gamed a TSR3 driver, TSR2 fairway metal, T150 irons and three NEW Vokey SM10 wedges among her Titleist setup.
