After making the switch to a Pro V1 golf ball, the winner of the Hong Kong Open opened with a course-record 60 on his way to a seven-shot, wire-to-wire victory, calling it “some of the best golf I’ve probably ever played.”

"I played some of the best golf I’ve probably ever played,” he said. “So, yeah, to have that sort of golf and shoot those scores around here is pretty special.”

  • The champion and runner-up Peter Uihlein (Pro V1x) led a 1-2 finish for Titleist golf ball players, with a total of 103 players (75%) teeing up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x this week in Hong Kong.
  • Also in the bag for the champion was a Vokey Design WedgeWorks SM10 60K* Grind lob wedge, one of the most popular lob wedge grinds across the worldwide professional tours.
