PGA TOUR | TOUR Championship 

TITLEIST IS OVERWHELMING #1 BALL & MOST PLAYED DRIVER, IRON AND WEDGE FOR 2025 FEDEXCUP SEASON 

— From the first tee at Kapalua to the 18th green at East Lake, Titleist was the overwhelming #1 ball through the 39 events comprising the 2025 FedExCup season, with 72% of competitors (3,502) teeing up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x model, more than seven times the nearest competitor with 10% (464). 

That list includes the OWGR No. 1, who finished off another banner year with his 14th-consecutive top-10 at the TOUR Championship (T4) while playing his Pro V1 golf ball. He won five times in 2025, including the PGA Championship and The 153rd Open Championship, while leading the PGA TOUR in Strokes Gained Tee-to-Green, Off-the-Tee and Approach-the-Green. Each of his 18 PGA TOUR titles, along with his Olympic gold medal, has been won with Pro V1. 

With Sunday’s 68, the World No. 1 also posted his 21st consecutive round in the 60s, tying the record first set by Patrick Cantlay. Cantlay, who finished T2 this week at East Lake with his Pro V1x, led the field in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green (+5.164) and Strokes Gained: Approach (+6.068). 

Heading into this week’s TOUR Championship, Titleist golf ball players were atop all of the following major statistical categories:

— Titleist has been the most played driver on the PGA TOUR for seven consecutive seasons, with more players and winners gaming Titleist drivers through this season’s FedExCup slate than any other brand. Thirty-nine percent (1,925) of drivers played this season on the PGA TOUR were Titleist, compared to 25% (1,220) for the nearest competitor. Aldrich Potgieter, the PGA TOUR’s leader in both Driving Distance and Ball Speed, plays a Titleist GT2

For the 12th season in a row, Titleist irons were the top choice of the world’s best, with 32% of players (1,643) gaming a set of Titleist irons through the TOUR Championship, more than double the nearest competitor at 15% (778). Russell Henley, who leads the PGA TOUR in Proximity to Hole, plays a set of Titleist T100 irons along with a NEW T250 4-iron

— Fifty-five percent of the gap, sand and lob wedges played this season have been Vokey Design wedges, the most played wedges on the PGA TOUR since 2004. The 7,840 Vokeys in play over the 39 FedExCup events was more than four times the nearest competitor (1,599) and more than all competitors combined.

Matteo Manassero, who leads the PGA TOUR in Strokes Gained: Around the Green and Scrambling, plays three Vokey SM10 wedges: 50.08F, 54.10S and WedgeWorks 58A+.

Michael Kim, who ranks 1st in Sand Save Percentage, also plays a set of three Vokey SM10’s: 52.12F, 56.14F and WedgeWorks 60L

LIV GOLF LEAGUE | LIV Golf Michigan Team Championship 

Tyrrell Hatton (Pro V1x) birdied his final four holes of regulation and both extra holes in Sunday’s final, helping his team to the 2025 title. Hatton, one of three players teeing up a Titleist golf ball in the four-man playoff, closed in 4-under 66 to help force the playoff. The 2024 U.S. Open champion shot the day’s best round, a bogey-free 62, playing a Pro V1x. 

JGTO | ISPS HANDA Summer Golf Battle Tournament 

Satoshi Kodaira (Pro V1x) closed in 9-under 63, storming up the leaderboard to win his eighth career JGTO title. His flawless bogey-free final round featured seven birdies and an eagle on the 71st hole of the tournament, ultimately proved to be the difference maker.  

Kodaira finished the week at 24 under par and led a 1-2-3-4 finish on the final leaderboard for Titleist golf ball players. 

JGTO CHAMP WINS WITH VOKEY WEDGES, SCOTTY CAMERON PUTTER 

The winner of the ISPS HANDA Summer Golf Battle Tournament gamed three Vokey Design wedges (SM9 52.12F, 56.10S, 60.08M) and a Scotty Cameron Timeless SSS tour prototype putter en route to claiming his eighth JGTO title. 

 

PGA TOUR CHAMPIONS | Rogers Charity Classic 

Stewart Cink (Pro V1) prevailed in extra holes, winning his third career Champions Tour title with a par on his second trip around the 18th hole. After opening his week with a 10-under 62, Cink closed in 4-under 68 on Sunday to reach 15 under for the week.  

He was in full control with his approach play, hitting 80% GIR (43/54, T5). 

 

PGA TOUR AMERICAS | Manitoba Open 

The winner of the Manitoba Open trusted his Pro V1x golf ball to victory, as he closed in 6-under 65, tying the low round of the day. He finished the weather-shortened two-round event at 11 under, which was good for a one-shot win.  

The 29-year-old is projected to climb to No. 6 on the Fortinet Cup rankings, with the top 10 finishers by season’s end earning full status on the Korn Ferry Tour for 2026. 

 

SUNSHINE TOUR | Sunbet Challenge hosted by Time Square 

Jonathan Broomhead (Pro V1) won in a playoff, claiming his fourth Sunshine Tour title in the past year and a half. He shot rounds of 69-66-68 to post 13 under before sealing the victory with a par in extra holes. 

The victory moves Broomhead to second in the Order of Merit, one place behind last week’s champion, Herman Loubser (Pro V1x)

 

JLPGA | CAT Ladies 2025 

JLPGA CHAMPION WINS WITH GT DRIVER, FAIRWAYS, VOKEY WEDGES 

The winner of the CAT Ladies 2025 closed out a one-shot win gaming a setup that included her GT2 9.0 driver and GT2 13.5 and 21.0 fairways along with three Vokey Design SM10 wedges (46.10F, 52F, 58.06K)

KLPGA | BC Card · Hankyung Ladies Cup 2025 

Titleist Brand Ambassador Minsol Kim closed out her maiden KLPGA victory in dramatic fashion, finishing birdie-birdie-eagle to win by one shot. Kim, whose all-Titleist setup included her Pro V1 golf ball, GT2 driver and fairway, GT3 hybrids, 620 CB irons, Vokey SM10 wedges and Scotty Cameron Phantom putter, finished the week at 19 under, carding rounds of 62-66-72-69 around Fortunehills CC. She entered the week ranked No. 1 on the KLPGA’s developmental tour (Dream Tour), and with the victory, she locks up full KLPGA status through 2027.

LET | Hills Open 

Claiming victory as an amateur, the winner of the Hills Open secured her first LET title, breaking through on home soil in Sweden. The 20-year-old Stanford University student, who was gaming an all-Titleist setup that included her Pro V1 golf ball, GT driver, fairway and hybrid, T-Series irons, Vokey SM10 wedges and Scotty Cameron Phantom putter, birdied the last to put the finishing touches on a two-shot win. She carded rounds of 68-69-70 to finish at 6 under for the week at Hills Golf & Sports Club.
